About Julie Blakeslee:

I am the Education Manager for Alberta Bair Theater, organizing outreach for surrounding schools. I have 30 years of teaching experience in music including public education, curriculum and assessment development, virtual learning platform development and instruction, private piano studio, chamber
performance ensembles and performing in a string band. I have served as our state association president for the General Music affiliate, Treasure State Orff treasurer and president, and currently serve on two committees for the American Orff-Schulwerk association. I completed my Orff certification at the
University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and currently serve as a Teacher Educator and clinician for AOSA.
